Makaan offers multiple tenure-based payment options (4 to 12 months) with adjusted monthly rates. Booking fee is AED 3,500 (deducted from rent).

Security deposit applies across all plans. Installment options available depending on lease duration.

Visa rejection policy: Full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellation policy:
• Before start date: Full refund minus booking fee
• Within 14 days: 50% rent refund + security deposit
• After 14 days: Security deposit refunded
