Is the consultation really free?
Yes, completely. Zuria Consulting is funded through partnerships, not through student fees. Our initial consultation — and most of our core services — are provided at no cost to students and families. The only exception is our Zuria Elite premium package, which is a paid, white-glove concierge service.
How quickly can we get started?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of your first message. We respond to all enquiries promptly and aim to have your first consultation scheduled within the same week. If your application deadline is approaching, let us know — we work quickly when needed.
Do you work with students from all countries?
Yes. While we are based in Dubai, we work with students from over 10 nationalities. Our consultations are conducted in English and are available online or in person. If you're outside the UAE, we can handle everything remotely without any loss of quality.
What if I don't know what I want to study?
That's actually one of the most common situations we help with — and one we enjoy the most. Our profiling process helps students clarify their interests, strengths, and career ambitions before identifying universities and programmes. You don't need to have the answers already; that's what we're here for.
